GAME GOALS: like overarching-wise i just want him to have some meaningful CR with people.... and like, stop being so dumb and reckless about everything, probably. finding some kind of closure about how shit his life's been and his sister angst would be good too. but mostly he's here to kick ass and be a punk brat.

PLOT PLANS: FOR THE NEWEST MISSION Heine is in group 1 so if anyone in #1 or #2 who wants to do any plotting or any teaming-up-together-to-kick-ass or alternatively to get their ass kicked i'm down! Heine has enhanced strength/speed/agility and he can also.... regenerate pretty much .... so he's reckless in his fighting style like he'd just casually catch a knife in his chest if it means he gets to shoot them in the head, so, that's the sort of guy he is. Please criticise him for being a punk or just in general, something. NOTE heine is also bad with... girls..... like he will freak out and generally Do Not Want when it comes to them getting unexpectedly close or touch him in any way so that's also a thing too fyi
