Yeah... I really love morally gray characters like that, and I loved his arc in the books (I couldn't have been happier when he finally became a PoV character). So everything about that was just crushing and infuriating to me, and it was something I really couldn't move past. That's disappointing to hear, though. /: I definitely heard about what they did to Sansa and that boiled my blood even further. And, God, I don't even want to know what they did with the sand snakes... I think I also heard they killed off Myrcella? Yikes.
LOL, oh my gosh. I always thought it was funny. Just when Jon was getting used to the Watch thing, he has to go off and get elected Commander. And then when he was starting to get used to that... a bunch of other shit happens, and now this. Poor dude.
I kind of like that it's left up in the air. I heavily reference an interview with Miyazaki in my interpretation of him, and he basically says Ashitaka never goes back to the Emishi village. He also never really counts himself as a true member of Irontown so... idk... maybe he just ends up shacked up in the woods somewhere with San, gods only know.............
