GAME GOALS: Kylo's interested in the Regency. Really interested. He makes terrible life decisions, so Stay Tuned.

PLOT PLANS: He's going to be pretty mad about his powers being dramatically reduced, but he'll still punch things every chance he gets. He's the guy you want to run into the fight first, so you can, you know, hang back and assess the situation. Ren's a terrible liar, and will do a terrible job convincing people he's either a. not an american or b. not an american worth worrying about. Oddly enough, given the chance, he'll be cooking whatever passes for food, even if the fare won't bother him all that much. He's going to be sorely missing real technology and medicine and combat that isn't horrific because it's primitive and inefficient.

No other real concrete plans otherwise, still contemplating the options!

GAME GOALS:
-Pushing Dany past her comfort zone in any way possible :> There's been a lot of opportunities to do that so far with Paris/HRHR mission, as well as on base and with Vorspiel
-Tolerance of magic to somehow start using it in battle, maybe? Right now she's justifiably wary of it
-Wingwoman to Midnighter and Henry... but in a totally dignified and queenly way because there Is No Other Way.
-Matchmaker between 76 and Grothia, she's going to plan their wedding (you know, after she meets 76 and after there's some hint of anything between the two... cough)

PLOT PLANS:
-Deal with the repercussions of dying in Vorspiel
-Possibly acknowledging in some way that this sort of setting and the training they'd had to do is scary as hell (gas masks???)
-More active role in the war; she's seen battle and has participated in battle on a dragon's back... it's entirely different vs being IN battle and killing someone vs telling your dragon to kill someone

I feel like these two would either get along really well or they'd have the most fantastic verbal spars (not saying that the banter isn't possible for the friend route either). While I can't offer a knight, Shinobu is kind of a rude samurai wannabe which is... at least kind of in the same family.

PLOT PLANS: So... Ashitaka's going to get pretty massively fucked-up. Everything about what WWI is is quintessentially a nightmare view of exactly what he fears the world would one day devolve to. I came into this game hoping to keep him from getting totally shattered or cynical and... I WANT TO TRY TO DO THAT, but let's just say this mission is going to very strongly contest that.

DESIRED CR: When it comes to this mission in particular, I'm definitely going to need some people to talk him through a lot of this, because it's going to be super hard on him! Just, really bad. Other than that, I love all of my current CR and wish to continue with all of it, and also with all of the new folks and those I haven't threaded with! This just might be a slightly more difficult window for it because he's probably going to be a little more withdrawn and hella more shell-shocked, so there's that to work either with or around.

anyway, this is weird to say, because it's mordred, but as far as talking him through it... she actually has a very similar conversation with someone in canon who's just been exposed to the absolute worst of humanity, and while it's very (very) frank, she isn't a total jerk about it. since she's from after that point, if she notices him struggling, she'd be liable to at least try to discuss things with him.

GAME GOALS: Apparently bang all the dudes at the rate I'm going but no-- look, i just want him to live a little beyond his weird assassin sandbox life; make some friends, learn new shit, appreciate what little he has left of his family, experience the crippling fear of in-game mortality.... stuff like that. Simple guy with some simple needs.

PLOT PLANS: Expand his fighting prowess, for sure. All that training... it's gotta be good for something, right? Like most modern civilians, his knowledge of war versus actually fighting in one are vastly different so he'll have some sobering moments but it probably won't effect his views on death and murdering. He ain't like Travis, unfortunately. Can't think of anything specific at the moment but I'm always down for anything.

DESIRED CR: Cop out version? All of it.
Not-so-cop-out: Sci-fi fans geek out over lightsabers (im lookin at u, starwar peeps), local man punched for being too smug (gimme neg cr, i want it), drinking pals, more gals, and a murder club. But honestly? Everything.

GAME GOALS: Nothing specific atm, we'll see how things start off!

PLOT PLANS: While this specific type of warfare is foreign to Suzuha, she's no stranger to sporadic fighting, harsh conditions, and dealing with death. As such she's gonna be soldiering it up during her stay here (probably disguising herself as a boy and being grumpy about the fact that she'd need to). It's likely she'll be eager to get to the front lines or take any sort of mission that will make her useful out here. She can offer to spar with people/help them get used to cqc or using whatever weapons they've got their hands on, if you're character needs some help in that department. Annnnd since she's fairly used to dealing with death, she can also be the sort to help those who are struggling with the gravity of the situation sort through it all.

DESIRED CR: I'm open for any and everything. Suzuha is usually a pretty sunny and cheerful sort, and while that side of her is gonna be toned way down here, she can still be a friendly presence for those who need it. Combat buddies would be cool, whether its the 'fight together' sort or the 'suzuha can save your ass' sort. Negative CR is also welcome, probably the quickest way to jump into that sort of thing is to cast doubt on her experience or abilities when it comes to fighting.

GAME GOALS: i would like to explore lup's morality within the context of a war-based game, as well as to see how her own history with memory loss informs her understanding of how COST works and what its motivations are.

PLOT PLANS: i'm tentatively thinking lup will either be a soldier who really doesn't try that hard at fucking all to pass as male or a nurse who somehow gets her hands on a machine gun. mostly she just really wants a machine gun.

DESIRED CR: lup definitely tries to make all situations better, so if your character needs a fixer, lup's your gal. she's also a lot of fun. while she's easy to have a fun conversation with, she can be difficult to get really close to, so persistent people are a good bet. other than that, she tends to like anyone but mass murderers, and even then sometimes it's fine.

GAME GOALS: Get Jaina to actually spend some time considering what it means to accept a destiny of constant warfare, and hopefully play out some clever missions along the way.

PLOT PLANS: Jaina chooses to train in sniping -- and, because of strange priorities, memorizing schematics to attempt helping out with field maintenance. She'll be trying to pass as a young man who lied about his age, which may or may not be a passable cover. For once being short might help her case.

Some things I'd love:
-Let her fuss over your equipment.
-Jaina's used to having a reliable danger sense, but her senses won't be working as well as she's used to in game. Clearly this will go great in trench warfare where there may suddenly be sniper fire, mortars, what have you.
-Hard tack. Cold meals. Better than painting a target for enemy snipers.

DESIRED CR: Jaina's competitive, and likes people who challenge her; also, she loves to roll her eyes at people with persistently dumb humor. TELL HER SOME DAD JOKES OR SOMETHING.

I would also love people who point out issues with Jaina and/or Jedi approaches to morality (or in Jaina's case, a tendency to put action over examination).

PLOT PLANS: To bring history to heel so that he can mold it to fit in line with his philosophical sense of beauty and taste? Or if he can find a couturier talented enough to bring silk and metal together in an ensemble worthy of him? I mean priorities. Seriously, though, he still doesn't know what he's doing.

But if you bring him dead things he will give you Mana...so that's something. Use him like Achilles is!

DESIRED CR:

Can you take shit? Can you dish it out? Then you have a banter buddy in Dorian! Seriously Dorian will take all of you into his half-way home, he'll give you fashion game and once he's done with you you'll be at level 800 in style.

Positive CR. He's charming. He's very charming. He's the most charming. If you like to banter and flirt an drink and gamble then it is very easy to built positive CR with Dorian. He's very slow to anger.

Negative CR. This is very possible with Dorian. He's a rich elitist who comes from a country where slavery is the norm and he is just now understanding that this is kind of a bad thing. He can be very sassy and sharp, especially if he's being judged on preconceived notions...granted he does quite a bit of assuming himself.

He is a mage as well, how does that tickle your fancy? He's not opposed to being your backup either and violence doesn't really bother him, unless it is undue violence or, you know, Tranquility. He'll burn someone's face off or freeze their head in a block of ice. Let's be creative!

Dorian is a mage and as a mage he specializes in Necromancy. Necromancy has totally different implications in Dragon Age, but if the thought creeps you out you might want to look into it. Dragon Age necromancy works differently from necromancy as we know it. Necromancer

- Also as a more overarcing goal, I'd dig it if Aloy formed a strong opinion of what COST is doing one way or another. Right now she's fairly neutral and is doing it because she thinks it's right, but she's not passionate one way or the other. I'd like for her to be!

- Aloy is working mortars, so she'll need mortar buddies

PLOT PLANS: Hux is signed up as a sniper so if someone on the ANZAC gets hit, oh no, what a horrible mistake? Basically, he's going to be helping the Regency on the covert, as best he can, while also trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Luckily WWI is something that is basically his niche minus space so it won't be too difficult. As someone with a British accent he can blend in. But he also will 100% be thought of as snooty by the ANZAC. So basically work with him, meet him, notice he's an arrogant bastard, whatever. Let's have some fun.
