The following template is a rubric to give you ideas of what to post; it's not mandatory at all! Feel free to leave categories off if needed, or add your own.

We're at the very end of Gallipoli, before characters return to BASE. An OOC post for BASE will be available in two days, but it'll be another week before characters are called back (OOC; it'll go much more quickly from an IC perspective and you'll only be aboard the Marie Antoinette for a day or so). This is so we don't pile two logs on you at once.

But, in anticipation for the time-step, you all have something very particular waiting for you back at BASE (which veterans will remember from their last visit):

TAGGING HABITS: My weekends are usually clear, but sometime after 8 PM (EST) on weekdays and at odd hours during the day (I've a very "last minute" sort of job and am in a slower semester currently) is typically what I mark out for myself. Wednesday nights are intermittently filled with classes.

CHARACTER;

NAME: His name is Ryo and he dances on the sand (so, Ryo Asuka).
CANON: Devilman. He's the OVA/manga variant.

GAME GOALS: Honestly? I'm fairly new, so my current goals here are to throw this boy at as many folks as possible and stir up some interesting interactions before having a ball once I eventually toss a pretty significant update at him. So, mostly steering him toward the inevitable while simultaneously coloring his prominent cognitive dissonance with exterior interaction is chef's kiss, imo.

PLOT PLANS: WELL, considering you've just so rudely kidnapped him(???) from the middle of a demon war and took him away from the only person he trusts and cares about? Uh. He's going to spend his first couple of days probably pretty Upset and Paranoid. And probably pretty crossfaded if he get his hands on anything worthwhile. Also, he's likely to hole up either in his designated quarters before going out during the night and wandering (because he's on a Bad Schedule anyway). Eventually, he'll try to make himself useful and tear through texts available and to try to plot out something... Somehow. He'll pay more mind to any animals he comes across than humans, as a side note. He's an awkward, shy, and currently emotional teenage boy.

DESIRED CR: Do you have a pure heart? Do you like Justice? Do you have a strong will? Ryo Asuka likes these things. He might be more inclined to come around. Do you party? Ryo parties. Or, well, he'll have "fun" with various vices to take the edge off. Otherwise, he's a boy of extremes and has a "few for the many" sort of mentality and participates in dark humor about the state of humankind, but is a huge environmentalist and loves animals. He's a puzzle box. Have fun with getting what you get and the cognitive dissonance that comes with. So, if your character likes trying to figure something out? That works for me too. Also, actively recruiting people to get him up to speed on future tech (he's an 80s boy), mechanically minded folks (Ryo likes to modify things), and shit-posters. If you've got dry humor and frequently rib people, that dynamic is very familiar to Ryo also. You never know if he'll eventually get comfortable enough to do it back (and he's real good at it when he does).

GAME GOALS: I literally just got here and have no idea what I'm doing, that being said, probably have Percy get a crash course in future tech, that would be pretty fun, get him settled in maybe with the more tech-oriented people if anyone wants to volunteer. He's a gunsmith and a marksman back home so he'll definitely want to get to tinkering if at all possible. Right now, playing it fast and loose and saying my current game goal is Integration...

PLOT PLANS: Literally got dumped in the middle of the trenches after thinking he's definitely dead so... Really just planning on having him settle in plot wise and get back on his feet. Check in with anyone he's ran into from the brief moment in Gallipoli probably.

DESIRED CR: Super unhelpful, but since I'm new I think i get like 1 (ONE) pass on anything and everything, literally. I have no focus in terms of what kind of CR I'm looking for at the moment, so I'll literally take it all. Friendly CR, antagonistic CR, snippy-petty argument CR. GAME GOALS: Honestly? Rose is here because it was the best shot she had of staying alive with a side of, she's hoping COST could provide her with opportunities to fix some things in her own timeline. Maybe. In theory. Girl was desperate, okay, can't say she had a lot of time to think the offer through when she knew she was being pursued. Short term it's all about her adjusting, not just to COST but to the fact that she finally gets to make some choices for herself. Duty and sacrifice went hand in hand with life back home and while she's not fully aware of how bad it was, her people were basically a slave race so that will be fun for her to eventually recognize and deal with.

Her permissions post has snippets of info that might spark ideas.

PLOT PLANS: Yup. Rose is in Gallipoli right now because why not throw her in the deep end.

Moving towards the month of camping on an actual space fish (words I never thought I'd say). Nothing set as yet but I'm down for all the shenanigans. She's not exactly one with nature, so this should be fun.

DESIRED CR: Social for Rose is beating on people in the sparring room and brief snippets of conversation you might get out of her between running the corridors of the base or eating. She is capable fun, (probably) but it's been a while.

GAME GOALS: As always I am flying by the seat of my pants and have no idea where on earth I am going. But aside from having to be the bearer of bad news for both her boyfriend and her brother, I more or less just plan on having Vex stick her nose in whatever she can while doing her best to adapt. She's gonna do what she can do.

PLOT PLANS: She was dropped in at the end of Gallipoli instead of ending up in Ank'harel so she's super out of the loop. Anyone who would like to catch her up to speed and help her make sense of all this would be super welcomed. Most of her concern is for her brother and Percy, who she both found towards the tail end of it all. Also she needs to get more arrows, like... badly.

PLOT PLANS: making sense of what the frick is happening!! by the end of the mission he's figured out vex and percy are there, but prior to that it's a lot of bumbling around and being fussy about guns, so anyone who wants to get in on that disaster is more than welcome!

GAME GOALS: FRESHLY ARRIVED so the main goal is just to meet people (much to his dismay); Aizawa will be a little discombobulated at the sudden change in professions, but he's not likely to show it too much. He's one of those taciturn, no-fun-zone types that needs to be physically dragged out of his shell, so I'm hoping for some of that, also. And I'm interested in the contrast he'll encounter between the battles he's fought as a hero (ie, non-lethal) and the battles he will have to fight in a more traditional war (i.e., full of murder).

PLOT PLANS: He'll be so glad that every camper gets a sleeping bag. Expect him to find the strangest place to shimmy into it and promptly go to sleep ... but as he is also a responsible adult, he'll be helping explore/excavate/whatever is necessary & practical.

DESIRED CR:
