WELCOME TO AGOGE'S NEWEST CR MEME, where you can get your plot on for the still ongoing final IC log (and TDM) and maybe discuss some hypotheticals for when you get to BASE. Or maybe you just have a cool purchase you want to share!

The following template is a rubric to give you ideas of what to post; it's not mandatory at all! Feel free to leave categories off if needed, or add your own.

We're at the very end of Gallipoli, before characters return to BASE. An OOC post for BASE will be available in two days, but it'll be another week before characters are called back (OOC; it'll go much more quickly from an IC perspective and you'll only be aboard the Marie Antoinette for a day or so). This is so we don't pile two logs on you at once.

But, in anticipation for the time-step, you all have something very particular waiting for you back at BASE (which veterans will remember from their last visit):

Roommates.

These are subject to change before BASE, depending on apps and drops, but it shouldn't be much. So check out your capsule assignments below and hopefully y'all get along. 👌

GAME GOALS: Natasha thinks she hates time travel alternate universe shit; when forced to learn a lesson about teamwork and perseverance she will learn she actually does hate time travel alternate universe shit. Honestly there's a meta-take on Natasha as the embodiment of 20th century Russia in a dumb comic book way, and I apped her here to smugly futz around with that motif.

PLOT PLANS: I basically wing it, Natasha doesn't wing things but is brand new & completely unsettled!!

DESIRED CR:

— People of whom she can be suspicious, whether or not it's justified

— Sparring partners!!

— Someone who will help feed her cat

— Natasha also has a tendency to protect and sometimes adopt innocents (esp. but not always women), but while she's good at the stopping bad guys part of protecting, she's bad at the emotional follow-through, so if you want a violence mentor of dubious quality, ???

I see that you're interested in getting ppl who can teach Morrigan nonmagic combat? Natasha would be good for that and willing to barter to learn ways to defend herself against magic— which might be a good place to begin things.

That sounds perfect! Morrigan's got enough experience by this point that Natasha won't be working with a novice, but she's pretty eager to hone those instincts after dealing with the Regency's nullifiers. I think she'll appreciate Natasha.

I will very gladly sign Meliorn up for a sparring partner, he needs to learn how mundanes/humans fight so he won't rely on the fact that he's a Seelie. If you want, this could also bleed into the fact that Natasha needs someone to definitely be suspicious of, mainly because Meliorn's entire personality/his race's character trait is 'do not trust' whether it's earned or not.

Sounds excellent!! Natasha is just paranoid and the setting is going to make her more so, and I think having them spar would be a fun way to begin that dynamic.

to be honest the lack of suspicion between COST agents is really unhealthy, you never know who's a murderhobo and who's just a hobo
I figure a good way for these two to meet is if he's trying to haul his series' staple vertical maneuvering gear out of base and she could just
side-eye him eternally until it sparks conversation
also if she doesn't offhandedly think he looks just a little like Bucky, both me and Curt will be a little sad

Hi!! Natasha in MCU is slightly different from the comics but is still probably one of the most straightforward characters. Except, y'know, she's actually had her own comic series a few times, Marvel.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to having them interact. She needs more good eggs in her life.
