WELCOME TO AGOGE'S NEWEST CR MEME, where you can get your plot on for the still ongoing final IC log (and TDM) and maybe discuss some hypotheticals for when you get to BASE. Or maybe you just have a cool purchase you want to share!

The following template is a rubric to give you ideas of what to post; it's not mandatory at all! Feel free to leave categories off if needed, or add your own.

We're at the very end of Gallipoli, before characters return to BASE. An OOC post for BASE will be available in two days, but it'll be another week before characters are called back (OOC; it'll go much more quickly from an IC perspective and you'll only be aboard the Marie Antoinette for a day or so). This is so we don't pile two logs on you at once.

But, in anticipation for the time-step, you all have something very particular waiting for you back at BASE (which veterans will remember from their last visit):

Roommates.

These are subject to change before BASE, depending on apps and drops, but it shouldn't be much. So check out your capsule assignments below and hopefully y'all get along. 👌

GAME GOALS: At the moment 9S is a new arrival and has a lot to acclimate to. It's going to be a little overwhelming for him at first, but he was built for adaptability. And hey, he's not unused to warzones at least.

PLOT PLANS: He'll be getting used to the circumstances and learning about people around him. Tinkering with their technology if he can, asking too many questions, in general being fascinated with everything he encounters because it's what Scanners do.

DESIRED CR: Everything, honestly. He's brand new after all. Though I will say I enjoy playing off android ignorance of Old World holidays and things of this nature. Bring me your anachronisms and people who will challenge his views.

ALSO... sorry for this comment getting encyclopedic, but for future reference, do you have an opinion on what major arcana (tarot) 9S would most resemble? social links and friendship bonds in the series are typically represented through them, so i've been trying to keep up with a CR chart for him, even though he's not the protag of the game

Yeah, I was over there! And perhaps this was where our characters were destined to meet, fated to cross paths in the middle of a bloody mess before brave new fishy frontiers.

As for tarot I'm not entirely too sure, since I don't know a reliable reference for their meanings. I know an artist did a NieR arcana set and 9S was included, but I don't know the meaning of it myself. Is there a site I can refer to?

If I recall Persona also doesn't have doubles on arcana either, but if something strikes you as fitting I'm also a-okay with that? Like I said I'm pretty ignorant to this, aside having once played Ken Kaneki and knowing the mangaka assigned Hanged Man to him which seemed appropriate.

Hello! My name is also Ren so that's funny, and Rey and 9S are roomies! I just started playing the game literally today so I don't know much about the canon, but my first thoughts are pretty much just that 9S is perfect and I'm really, really excited for them to get to know each other.

She'll tell him about her best friend BB-8 who is a robot and hey if that doesn't set them up for obvious besties I don't know what does.

hello there! i just got in as well but i would love to throw genji as 9s!! he has a fondness for robots and is a cyborg so it's kinda complicated on his end but i think they could have some interesting chats!
