APRIL CR MEME.

WELCOME TO AGOGE'S NEWEST CR MEME, where you can get your plot on. The BASE and training logs both still qualify as live. And, of course, there's the small matter of hypotheticals for when we get to Jhashch. Share your hierarchy standing, worry about arachnophobia, and say any goodbyes you may have to Bob. Or, uh, if you wrecked anything.

The following template is a rubric to give you ideas of what to post; it's not mandatory at all! Feel free to leave categories off if needed, or add your own.

NAME: Sey

TAGGING HABITS: Daily, but slower on week days 10-5 PM EST due to work restrictions.

CHARACTER;
NAME: Ignis Scientia
CANON: FFXV

GAME GOALS: First goal is to survive and ensure his friends are safe (or as safe as they can be in this setting). Over all, Ignis is going to have to learn a lot about broken plans, working against his ideals and making choices in difficult situations where his friends aren't necessarily involved. He would defintely want to gather info on COST and the Regency, know your enemy and all, etc. Ignis' sense of self (or lack thereof) is so rooted in his journey back home that being on these missions will be both uncomfortable for all obvious reasons, but also force him to step outside comfort zones.

PLOT PLANS: BUDDY NEEDS NEW GLASSES. So that's gonna be a Goal. He's arriving without his specs and thats Not Acceptable. Someone help him.

He's a normie and a newbie, so meeting folks will be nice! Ignis will be fine in his role in spiderland, and may even be able to help others out! You need a guy for propriety, Ignis is your dude. He will assist others so that they fit in a little better and don't go offending the court. He doesn't want to be killed by spiders. That said, he's going to use the servant role as a way to snoop around, and if someone wants to tag along, lets do it. He is always interested in gathering intel on creatures, people and politics.

Where the missions are involved, Ignis is best suited to the court and the game. While he won't necessarily be up for murdering folks, he can talk the talk (mostly, he's not THAT big of an asshole). It'd be interesting if he ended up with someone a little more hands on (especially since he won't really know anyone well yet). He is the king of verbal minefields so he could definitely be an asset to someone else.Equally he'd be good at the game, because strategy is his strong suit. And he's probably played enough video games to be decent at them thanks to his canon.

Or please talk to him about the food in the court. He's going to be So Concerned about the raw meat. SO CONCERNED.

I'm up for anything, as Ignis is new, so if he'll fit in any plan you might have, lets go for it!

DESIRED CR: Any and all. I'm equally fond of positive and negative CR. Someone to challenge Ignis intellectually would be nice, or someone to butt heads with eventually. He is a natural caretaker and sort of keeper of people, so finding more relationships like that are going to be natural for him.

i mean if you wanna talk dante's inferno his favorite animated sitcom, i'm here for you to talk about intellectual literature. also, i guess nature and the nature mankind and all that. if you can get past the fact that he's a) a rowdy boy, b) his canon's satan.

HAHA oh my god yes. what could possibly go wrong here? he will be baffled by the intelligence hidden inside rowdy boy. satan will be less surprising because lol ffxv is hell so why not

So Siegfried has had to essentially ask Noctis to be his Master. I don't know if you're familiar with fate/ canon but he's basically a spirit that's Noctis' Shield in exchange for surviving on his magic.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how badly is Ignis going to take this?

i'm very familiar with fate/!

and this is HILARIOUS. i don't know that ignis will necessarily be bothered by someone else protecting noctis, but he will definitely try and question/probe whether or not he's a decent person! can't have someone shady protecting hte prince, etc etc! so that could be hilarious.

OH PERFECT THAT MAKES THIS A LOT EASIER FOR US BOTH

I'm laughing so much- the good news is that Ignis will discover that Siegfried is the epitome of kindness? Puts others before him, vows to protect no matter the cost, a knight (and a prince, which he doesn't like talking about) and therefore v much a good person. The not-so-good news is that he's... a pushover. Like this guy looks like he could punch someone through a wall but really, he has no spine and lets people walk all over him thanks to terrible self-esteem issues. So I definitely think Siegfried and Ignis would get along, and could have some really interesting CR over time!
