GAME GOALS: For what's left, I want Jeyne to discover more of her own strength. She's started the journey and found personal skills that she can bring into combat, along with a victory in the court arena has shot up her confidence a lot. Once this mission ends, she'll be getting a bit more hands on with things. I'm curious to see if she can straddle the line between nefarious means while keeping her honor/kindness.

PLOT PLANS: She's currently involved in the player plot to kidnap Kebechat. I would like to have her get involved with one of the HRHR plots, either the lab or the mines. If anyone would like her involved in something else as well, let me know!

DESIRED CR: Any! She's pretty good with snarky characters, since she is a very kind and optimistic person. I love when she attracts protectors, as she is a small, fragile girl. I would love for her to make more friends, people she can confide in. I don't mind enemies either. Assholes are highly welcomed.

PLOT PLANS: For the Jhashch mission, I'd like to get him involved in the Regency HRHR, to run interference and/or wiping out their base of operations. Beyond that, I would love to get him in on a player plot somewhere!

DESIRED CR: Honestly all of it, seriously. I'd like to build all the CR I can during these final months.

I'm not completely sure whether Jon will be signed up for that HRHR (maybe!) but either way, he and Matt might get along? Jon is not a vigilante, but he's all about Making Life Better For His People and has recently extended that to humanity in general, and is serious about it: he will absolutely die trying if he has to.

GAME GOALS: TO BLOW SOME SHIT UP. She's come to something of a realization about her wish after a talk with Ryuji, so she's finally fighting for more than just herself... not that she'll admit it. Time to see this thing through to the end.

PLOT PLANS: TO BLOW SOME SHIT UP 2.0. There's the plot to capture/kill Kebechet, which will probably also tie into these new HRHR missions... not least of all since the Regency base will be a target, and she kinda wants to, uh, drop some stalagmites on it.

DESIRED CR: Any?? She'll be mildly (mildly) less of an asshole thanks to the above realization, but she's still a shithead, so more antagonistic CR is definitely a thing. Hard Discussions about Kebechet, the shabti, and the nature of kingship are also right up her ally, and she's also curious about people's stories, since she has such little life experience herself.

PLOT PLANS: Chiron will be involved in the chaos of fucking over the Regency soon, although to what end it's unclear. If you want a partner in well, chaos, this horse is actually kind of useful. Mostly because he's trying to determine where the chaos needs to go.

I'd love to get him in more fights alongside people, but really, he's here for anything and everything.

TAGGING HABITS: Theoretically, at least once a day (and I love to boomerang). In practice, it depends a lot on how I'm feeling. I have tended to top level pretty late in this game because I deliberate a lot about how to approach stuff, but I will try to get into things early for the rest of the time we have left.

CHARACTER;

NAME: Jon Snow
CANON: Game of Thrones (show, plus as much extra detail/flavor from the books that doesn't conflict with show canon as I can manage)

GAME GOALS: Once upon a time, it was picking up new strategies for the fight that awaits him at home, and ensuring the safety of a woman he had a crush on because she's integral to winning that fight. Now it's about preserving the safety of that world for their potential children, since they have been convinced that even if they win the fight against the Night King and his army of ice zombies, the Regency will still target their world later on. Jon sees them as an existential threat.

But that's IC. OOC, I just want fun CR and the ability to do stuff. I had longer-term plans for potentially developing CR with various characters, and while it's probably not possible to do everything, I want to do as much as possible.

PLOT PLANS: I haven't made a decision about which HRHR to sign him up for, although he will probably want to stick close to you-know-who. He is not very technically savvy, what with being a fighter/ruler type from a medieval world: he's learned to shoot, but guns are a novelty. He does have most of the AC rewards that have come up, other than the first one, so he can get into one locked area, short out electronics, cure/stabilize a poisoning, etc.

Jon is a very kind person and also a serious battlefield/hand-to-hand threat, for a baseline human -- he's killed well over 50 people in canon and IDEK how many in-game. He's pretty good at diplomacy unless his integrity or emotions cause him to undercut the objective: he has a long record of making allies out of as many of his "enemies" as possible. He has a general love for humanity (maybe not so much for Araneans, but he understands that they're still "people") and usually wants to save as many people as he can. If you have him on your side, he's got your back.

DESIRED CR: Most things are fine and wanted. (Ongoing enmity that he can't do anything about, or getting murdered by supposed allies again, are pretty much the only things I want to be careful about that I can think of off the top of my head.)

He's still entertaining conspiracy theories and is pretty sure both sides screw with people's brains, but he really wants COST to be the good guys and is ready to see this through for them. LET'S ESCAPING.

PLOT PLANS: He's tangentially involved in the plot to kidnap Kebechet (babysitting the bodies of everyone running around in dream world), and I'm definitely hitting up a HRHR mission, just not sure which one yet--give me your plans and maybe we can be partnerfriends.

This is embarassing but uh. He's pretty worried about whatever happened to Grothia and maybe. Wants to assist in that however he can. Possibly I'll be inquiring to the mods about this.

Otherwise everyone come meet your new dad, if your dad was not very nice and also all his dadly advice is about how to fight things. If anyone needs any lessons about guns or fighting or punching or War, or you want to talk War Philosophy for some reason, he is your guy.

DESIRED CR: Mostly I want everything. He’s a hardcore military-type and will probably do well with other hardcore military-types, mercenaries, or fellow professionals, if only because they might *~*~*understand each other*~*~*. Most neutral encounters will probably be awkward because he’s awkward, mitigated by the fact that fighting wars is kind of what he Knows and he'll be a little more willing to impart his knowledge. He's doing a little better with opening up nowadays, and maybe likes a bunch of you? Gross.

Since we're nearing endgame I would really love to have him be able to finally tell people about himself and Overwatch and his Real Past. It's totally indulgent but I want him to also tell people his real name out of his own volition. Maybe that character will be yours???

GAME GOALS: Same stuff as before; connect with human history because she's kind of part alien, and explore her conflicting feelings about working in military operations. She joined COST willingly and is going to try very hard to not regret it.

PLOT PLANS:
- Last month on Ball is Life Z, Samus went demickey took on the Twin Generals in the arena and barely lost but lost none-the-less. SHE DIED. Got vored. It was a good time. Except when it wasn't. She woke up on base and came back to Jhashch with one of those super rad shimmering tats. Something like this only you know, like lightning puked all over her back and shoulders instead. She should probably cope with it. Talk about it.
- I also want to have her talk to someone about those spoopy visions and the experience of non-permanent death. That's not a hard fix, there's a lot of top-levels from last log that I have my eyeballs on if you don't mind late tags.
- BARRING THAT, I plan to top-level in the new log!
- When it's time to do the AC cash-in I hope to get her back her Power Suit! It's obnoxiously bright orange and has a cannon for an arm. It'll be hard to miss. Mistake her for a robot, or new recruit. Watch her throw a car. Do spiders drive cars...?

All in all I want to apologize, I feel like I've been dropping some balls the past two months or so and not being as timely as I'd like with tags. For that reason I think I'm going to drop a lot of old threads and focus on new ones and hope that clears some hang-ups that have been slowing me down. If there's a thread you'd like to handwave or continue don't be afraid to ask.

DESIRED CR: ALL KINDS, but I especially enjoy slow-build relationships because Samus needs time and patience before she opens up. I also really love banter and sassing and flustering and head-butting type relations that eventually grow to begrudging acceptance or even friendship or more. She appreciates a dry sense of humor, enjoys booze and guns and working on mechanical projects. She also has a lot of outdoors survival kinds of experience and has a strong respect for animals and wildlife... if they are not trying to kill her first.

She tends to get along easier with other super soldier/mercenary/bounty hunter/not-exactly-human types and she also does a lot of training in her spare time. I also love mentor-student type relationships because Samus has a lot to teach but is terrible at teaching it. I also love parent-child relationships, Samus is surprisingly much more natural with those. Negative CR is great and I love it, though it may take extra effort to maintain with Samus since she's inclined to ignore or disengage antagonistic types unless they prove actually threatening or manage to get under her skin in the wrong way.

SINCE WE'RE GETTING ON IN END GAME, I mostly would desire for Samus to deepen her CR. I feel like her dying is a great avenue for her to go in a lot of directions, if it's being more reckless or actually more open about herself, who knows. I'm game to play it out, whichever way it does go.

I plan to do a top level soonish with starters for the closing ceremony, eclipse, something else, and a wildcard (bitches!). If we don't have a particular plan in mind but want a thread I'm always down for just winging it too!

ALSO HE'S SUPER RICH IN SPIDERLAND THANKS TO THOSE PIPES. I'd love to be able to use that money and influence somehow but haven't quite decided on what yet. If either of those things would help your character out, hmu! He's still got plenty of pipes and the smoking through exoskeletons option is always on the table. /fingerguns

DESIRED CR: Hahahaha I have kind of a weird request and this is about to get disgusting so look away if you vomit easily YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. But John and Dorian have been catching feels recently and it's not just casual banging for them anymore yet they haven't done a gosh darn thing about it. LT and I were wondering if someone would like to volunteer their character to notice Dorian looking at John across the way and call him out on it? Lmk and we can figure something out!

GROSSNESS ASIDE I'd also really love to strengthen the cr he currently has, even if our two people haven't talked in a while. Going into endgame having those bonds are going to be important and heartbreaking weh.

- For Mamoru to admit that in fact he does not do what he does entirely for himself - it's a constant war in his mind to set that in stone and it's part of hugeass coping mechanisms. Break him.
- Have him fight without his shades - he's still stupidly strong, and he removed them to fight the big boss level so, he's... probably... even... better????? fucking dude, how does he work.
- He'll avoid a pointless death, but if it does help out COST efficiently, he'll do it in a blink. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- He is stupidly strategic and also uses the environment a lot so if any of you guys want to Home Alone a couple of Regency dudes or the Araneans just for the lulz I'm also game.
- There's a lot of stuff that would love to play out and/or help with, so feel free to go "DUDE LET'S KICK SOME ASS/BE WEIRD AND SCHMOOPY/META ABOUT SOMETHING FOR HOURS" I'm all up for it. Once this new plot kicks off I'll be a bit more active to help out giving you guys the ending you all deserve and want.

PLOT PLANS: At this point this is basically the same thing as what I said before, kinda. Right now, Mamoru is at a place where he's very much aware of how teamwork is important (no duh). Basically he can attacc he can protecc, that kind of shebang. He'll be taking in the role of either protector or attacker (or both), if anyone wants to join up in the new missions - he can do escorting, sneaking and threatening, and overall standing guard (this guy's sleeping patterns are fucking ridiculous), just don't get him to do PR - his version for diplomacy involves a cut tendon or two. So feel free to use him for anything of the sort, or throw me ideas if you need muscle or a strategic mindset.

GAME GOALS: She'd like to survive and return to the hexarchate with news of her successes. Cheris has been operating under the assumption that the carbon copy of the Regency empire she belongs to has assigned her and the ghost-general she mentions from time to time to COST to assist in annihilating the Regency. Because they're heretics, in her eyes/the hexarchate's eyes. She'll be working to increase the hexarchate's foothold among COST in her own way towards the game's end -- both the gentlemen she was going to use for this have gone AWOL, so it may not pan out.

PLOT PLANS: She'll be looking for any opportunity to thin the Regency's ranks of their elite soldiers. Maybe even eliminating Princess Chch -- Cheris holds fanatical and difficult-to-sway faith in maintaining order, so if you're into trying to coerce her in a different path, or even going toe-to-toe with her, please come at me. She's currently invested in maintaining Queen Thsh's regime, and she'll be quite savage about ensuring she does not sway -- she has a lot to lose in the eyes of the empire she serves, and needs to keep Jedao safe until they return.

DESIRED CR: As usual, I love like-minded individuals teaming up with her, but I also love anyone who cares enough for the idea of freedom and expression of individuality/protection of individuality, etc etc, to speak or argue with her about her methods. If anyone wants to do an HRHR with her, hmu!

Well I suppose there's still the fact that he hasn't convinced everyone of their ill considered fashion choices and he still has to confess a few things to John and get over a few of his own issues. While he didn't become queen of the spider people, something lamentable, he did get a shit ton of wine...so pluses! Oh, new bedding, that's his ultimate end goal!

PLOT PLANS: Very few at this point, but if you want to want to walk in on Dorian being low key arse over teacups for John you can. Eames has already volunteered as tribute. Also John and Dorian did lay waste to a shit ton of spiders in the wine cellar and this is, as of yet, an unsolved mystery. Two mages doing awful things that only drunkards do when no one is looking.

but no uh continuing with the mom-dad-bro routine with this guy through the bitter end because that how he do. given how much this mission has messed with his head, he’ll be trying to make sure everyone else in the cell is managing fine, checking up on the people he already knows and befriending those he’s yet to meet.

PLOT PLANS: have him signed up for The Assassination and The Labs, if anyone wants to mildly plot for those. beyond that, I don’t have anything major planned.

DESIRED CR: NEED MORE DRINKING BROS and hangout friends. he does better with a network of friends, and he definitely needs that now what with having been a very shitty version of himself in spiderland for the past way-too-long. i wanna roll out with a bang, so gimme everything you've got, my dudes!!!

GAME GOALS: Meliorn's been constantly flip-flopping on whether or not he likes Regency better than COST, and right now COST is actually ekeing out a winning. I really want Meliorn to open up a little more, and to grow. I'm playing a lot of this by ear, so nothing solid depending on this current plot! He's been laying low for too long and now that the game's closing up it's time for him to smash in and be Cool (tm).

PLOT PLANS: I have him signed up for HRHR and hopefully he'll be a part of taking down the regency team. If Dany and Arthur's plan goes well, too, he'll be doing neat PASIV shit a la Inception!

DESIRED CR: A bunch of things actually! Buckle up. Specifically I'd love for him to play matchmaker since he's pretty good at bluntly calling people out on this sort of stuff. A guy or gal to smooch would be rad, too, the whole Feelings thing can come later.

I'm really interested in someone who would maybe get Meliorn to open up/explain how weird his world is wrt the fact that Seelie/Downworlders are treated like garbage. Maybe someone who wants to learn more about his race? He's always nosy so anyone who's interested in someone prying into they're lives because they're bored hit me up.

I'd also really dig for him to mentor someone when it comes to dealing with emotions (tip: don't), sparring, or talking people in circles. He's unable to lie so he's very good at the latter.

TAGGING HABITS: Lately I've been slow, I was just on vacation and need to catch up. I try to tag every 2-3 days when I'm on top of things, though. And I intend to remain active through all of end game!

CHARACTER;

GAME GOALS: Without knowing what exactly is planned for the end of all of this, it's hard to say, but Genji will be remaining loyal to COST and fighting the Regency unless a huge curve ball comes our way. He'll want to look out for his friends from home, but he won't hesitate to come to the aid of any COST agent in need of it.

PLOT PLANS: Well, he's one of the people who died, so who knows if that'll play a part in something later on. I'm signing him up for a HRHR mission (regency or glitch), so we'll see how that goes! I'm up for anything, though.

DESIRED CR: Working on the CR he has for the next three months will be great, but I'd be happy to toss him at anyone who's sticking around for the end! I think it's pretty easy to throw people together when there's missions going on.

GAME GOALS: Ahhhhhhh, welcome to endgame. SOME OF THIS IS ACCELERATING MY PLANS A LOT, but: I'd like William to face a moral dilemma or two before his time in COST comes to an end. He's been fairly comfy with the organization's objectives and the people he's fighting with—I really want him to have to confront the more brutal aspects of, uh, war. (He also had a weird AU deathvision of himself in the Regency, which led to both...increased sympathy for Regency operatives and determination!! to be better!! Good fucking luck dude.) BUT YEAH TIME TO WITNESS SOME HORRIBLE SHIT.

He also hasn't had to kill anyone!! Yet. I'd like for him to have to grapple with that.

I also want to use all my AC reward items (of which there are two). And get as deep into the metaplot as I can.

And I want him to wear his hat :(

PLOT PLANS: I'm gonna be throwing him at a HRHR—not anything too fight-y, you're welcome—so that'll occupy a lot of his time during this shitshow. I'm down for some regular action threads too—improvised weaponry and scrappy fighting are my f a v o r i t e s, hit me up if you feel the same way (and are ok with William being a weakling). I'D LIKE FOR HIM TO NOT DIE AGAIN IF POSSIBLE, TWICE SEEMS EXCESSIVE.

I'd also love more reflective stuff, too—William loves (like, to a troubling extent) stories, so if the Araneans' questions about earth and eclipses get anyone in a talkative mood we could do a nice reminiscing-about-far-off-places-while-on-the-camping-trip-from-hell thread. Or philosophizing, unnerving philosophical discussions are always a big hit.

Oh and his uh..............DOLORES is in sleep mode a coma for the time being, so he's lowkey even more of a disaster than usual.

to make one whole friend (which he's well on his way, i'm proud of him) and possibly go out of this game with a bang. he doesn't mind fading in to obscurity (as long as it's not death), disappearing into the shadows like a fuckin mysterious piece of shit, but he's got a flare for the dramatics so. there we go :^)

PLOT PLANS:
not sure yet. i'm just going with the flow for this one. team up with some close cr and just make the most of it. everything is very exciting, so i might throw down a top-level for it and see what sticks!!
