The plot currently happening is taking place in the turbulence of revolutionary Paris. Now that you're all here, we're going to start doing 'update' posts giving you an idea of what's going in in Paris, that your characters can react to with logs and network posts. We'll also have some plotting options going up today.

GAME GOALS: To throw this Ghibli boy into a wartime pressure cooker and see how long it takes before something explosive happens. So far all I've done is really just make a lot of people really sad, so I feel like I'm doing something right.

PLOT PLANS: Ashitaka is really into getting to know people's intentions and motivations, so he will most likely be very active in speaking to the NPCs at base and trying to get a cohesive idea of what is going on around here. This also extends to any and all other COST recruits, of course. c: I'm also interested in getting Ashitaka trained in other forms of combat! He's good with the sword and bow, but experience with COST so far has taught him he should try to be as well-rounded as possible. (He just can't really do much with firearms. Curse problems, you understand.)

DESIRED CR: More friends (that are actual people and aren't red elk)! Training buddies! People to talk about Deep Stuff with! People who will actually not have patience for that and get him to lighten up a little (please!!)! And I might make fun and whine about it but please harass him, please fluster him, it gives me so much life...

yes, definitely! Ashitaka is still very much preoccupied with his curse and everything that it means upon his soul, so I think he would be interested (and maybe a little apprehensive) as to what kylar has to say (especially if/when he learns what his Deal is)!

i have like twenty billion ideas about jumpstarting cr with ashitaka because this is deepy exciting, but how would he feel about learning some nasty hand-to-hand? lup is queen of bar brawls and could probably teach him some things about fighting dirty in close combat. which he might disapprove of, but.
