WELCOME TO AGOGE! This is the place you guys can announce yourselves and your new characters! Technically, apps aren't closed yet (they close midnight tonight CST), and we haven't finished processing every last one yet, so don't forget to check back later for stragglers.

The following template is just a rubric to give you ideas of what to post; it's not mandatory at all! Feel free to leave categories off if needed, or add your own!

The plot currently happening is taking place in the turbulence of revolutionary Paris. Now that you're all here, we're going to start doing 'update' posts giving you an idea of what's going in in Paris, that your characters can react to with logs and network posts. We'll also have some plotting options going up today.

HEY ROOMIE!!! i'm froot, i play hei here. he's not at all nice like keyleth is and i feel really bad for her but... at least it's going to be hilarious trying to maneuver these two around one another...

Hullo, I'm Rin! Look we are already in sync so this is the beginning of beautiful awkward and fun CR I bet.

I usually am on invisible on Disco because my daytime schedule means I can disappear at a moment's notice-- so I might be delayed but aside from PMs it's the most reliable way to bug me.

Do you have any preferences for a first meeting? Keyleth is not going to understand much of the modernness of BASE and will probably be relatively distraught at the lack of naturey things/want to explore all this new machinery-- I can see her either channeling that anxiety into being WAY overly friendly or just go full trope and have her get into a pickle like Hei comes in to find she's flooded the bathroom or something. Or if you have other ideas, I'm super flexible!

FLOODING THE BATHROOM SOUNDS AMAZING FOR A FIRST THREAD, he'll ask the gods why they've forsaken him and help clean up because he's neurotic... she's so cheery and he's so bleak, so it'll be like one half of their capsule is sun and half is rain...

adorable

he can teach her some stuff about machines/technology too, definitely the toilet first and foremost..., but he'll be limited as well since they're so far in the future, so they can slap at buttons and try things out together. he won't have many ground rules except a stern "don't enter my room. ever.".........
