The plot currently happening is taking place in the turbulence of revolutionary Paris. Now that you're all here, we're going to start doing 'update' posts giving you an idea of what's going in in Paris, that your characters can react to with logs and network posts. We'll also have some plotting options going up today.

The idea of being "out" might actually be funny for Dorian (and funny to rp in general) because there isn't a word for homosexuality in Thedas and sexuality is...so interesting in Thedas. He doesn't actively hide it, which is 99 of his problems, but he doesn't introduce himself as "I'm Dorian and I like men" so he's good at leading people on.
If M drinks it'd be amazing, if he likes exchanging insults, then the CR will be epic.

I wonder how Dorian's flirting game will go over with M, because he's such a fancy ass, but he has a velvety voice thanks to Ramon Tikaram so it doesn't matter I guess lol.
Dorian is a high functioning alcoholic and he will not envy M's inability to get drunk. Enable him. Trust me, Dorian has no sensitive subjects...other than his father trying to change his sexuality in a way that might have lobotomized him...then you have your work cut out for you. Dorian doesn't talk about his family btw so unless he actually hits Dorian, Midnighter can make a game of it.

midnighter canonically has no discernible type physically, especially when it comes to shallow one night stand type deals, and he doesnt actually mind fancy at all. his only criteria is being a genuinely good person on some level and that they care about the world around him. and aren't trying to actively murder him, that's good too.
midnighter can get a little buzzed but thats about it before his metabolism kicks in. and FUN TIMES midnighter has ACTUALLY BEEN LOBOTOMIZED and is vaguely upfront about it if the conversation goes in that direction. so lmao who knows man

I suppose wanting to save the world from destruction and his homeland from itself does suggest that Dorian cares about things a lot more than he's willing to admit out loud. Of course he's not so good that he's above killing completely, bad people can die in a magical fire right?
Get Dorian drunk enough that it comes around to that conversation, then he might just give him that story about his dad and how families really are not all they are cracked up to be. Really. Not missing anything.

Well if there's one person who will think you have the right of it, that would be Dorian. Some people just gotta die, especially dangerous people trying to unravel the world and all of their followers. Dorian actually seems to enjoy it to some extent, probably because he enjoys any excuse to use his magic.
Yeah, his family does suck, they don't deserve Dorian's love. Nicknames already? It could be worse, it could be sparkler.
